Our firm offers you a possibility of the most convenient form of cooperation.

The forms of remuneration are based on the following basis:

• Flat-rate sum – fixed monthly remuneration for the agreed number of hours to be used by the Client in monthly cycles. It is addressed to businesspersons needing permanent comprehensive legal services. This convenient form of cooperation provides the Clients with possibilities of benefiting from all the firm’s services at the lowest cost.
• The hourly remuneration – remuneration is the agreed rate multiplied by the number of hours. It is addressed to companies and natural persons that need legal advice occasionally. The rate per hour, depending on the type and scope of actions to be taken, begins from 200 zlotys net.
• Remuneration for action or case – remuneration for a given action (elaboration of an opinion, contract draft, document) or participation in case proceedings (court case) at a rate adequate to the Client’s needs.

With the view of providing our Clients with the highest standards of service, we offer legal help only in the cases in which we can guarantee full and continuing availability of offered services. We pay great attention to adjusting ourselves to rules and corporate needs that our Clients need to comply with, to the permissible extent.
